Perfectly well escorted, the Masters creations make their way between the laboratory in Norges on the outskirts of Dijon and the sublime boutique on rue du Bourg in the centre of the city. The name Fabrice Gillotte, endowed with numerous official distinctions, ranks among the great chocolate makers of France. Each season our aesthete chemist brings to life new inventions while his wife acts as ambassador for the delicacies displayed in the heart of the pedestrian section of the Ducal capital. Pralines, mousses and array of ganaches are already well know, however the Masters originality lies in the unexpected marriages of flavours, textures and colour, resulting in perfect unions. Fruit and spice are newly highlighted while each mouthful offers an adventure in the realm of taste. Aside from the chocolates we recommend trying the scrumptious macaroons available in classic (vanilla, chocolate-pistachio, chocolate-raspberry&) or original (fresh mint or centifolio rose) flavours sold individually or in a box. Also, enjoyably crunchy crisps, and shortbread cookies in natural spicy savours of hazelnut, almond or coconut. Dont forget to try the homemade ice creams& out of this world - as well!
